Today I had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with Tony from Steve's AC. I have never had things explained to me in such understandable terms, or dealt with a more caring and honest repairman. Tony set my mind at ease, and solved a fairly simple issue; and then assured me my system was in good shape and needed nothing more. I have been taken advantage of by another company, and I will never use anyone but Steve's in the future. They are excellent!

I used Steves 12 years ago for my first ac i was beyond pleased with the service that when I needed new ac and duct work I felt no need to call around I knew that I would be treated right with Steves 12 years ago the guys that came out were amazing they were very understanding to my then 2year old trying to ask millions of questions as I tried to keep him from bothering them they said it is fine he is just curious and the entertainerd his questions they had him help with handing things and carrying small trash like tape and what not now 2021 i called again and the service is if not the same is

I bought an HVAC system from Steve’s and had to have them out about 5 times because it repeatedly stopped working. I told them it was a lemon. The manager or owner told me that I had done something wrong to it each time.
After the year warranty on labor was over, they came out and told me it was a lemon!
I HAD TO PAY $200 FOR LABOR!

At least call them. Our appraisal was less than the three other companies we called. They installed a 3 ton Rheme w/ air exchanger and they did a bunch of duct repair for us. The truck got here on time and the guys didn’t leave a mess at all when they left. I’m typing this in a home that is 10°- 15° cooler than it was two days ago and my compressor isn’t running all the time. Yay!

On June 29 Steve’s Air Conditioning came to service our air conditioner. I was very pleased. Andy was very professional and explained everything he was doing. We only needed a tune up and that is all he did. He didn’t try to fool us with anything else. If we ever have a problem with our unit I will definitely call Steve’s Air again. They can be Trusted. Thank you very much Steve’s Air!!!

Our air conditioning unit went out and I randomly picked Steve's Air Conditioning & Heating from google to come out to service our unit. The owner was the serviceman and he was very prompt, professional and honest!! I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of this type of service. The office help was very kind and concerned also! They were very very fair in pricing also, which was a very big help to us as we all know, we are never prepared to pay the price for unexpected repairs. I will never use anyone else!!

Left a message with the office the tech called me back within the hour was at my house 15 minutes later got my ac working again. More than competitive price very informative and helpful without trying to sell me on anything. I will definitely call Steve's next time I need ac work. Thanks Adam you do a great job. Feeling cool again.
