I contracted with Pilchuck Construction to build my 90x80 storage building. From design to completion of construction, I enjoyed working with Camron and the Pilchuck crew. Our company has been working with Pilchuck Construction for 4 years now. The scope of our projects have been broad, and Pilchuck's versatility has allowed us to use them for a wide variety.
The project was for curbing adjacent to a driveway. Camron was very professional in his work. He worked with me on my suggestions for the curbing, giving his suggestions and forming the design. Camron is someone whom I can speak with and talk shop with based upon my experience in the trades. Due to that, it is very easy for me to weed out the inexperienced contractors and trigger my BS radar.

We hired Pilchuck Construction to build our second barrel aging warehouse last summer. All I can say is I wish we had used them to build all of our warehouses in the past! Camron was prompt with a bid, stayed right on budget and delivered a beautiful building within days of his forecast timeline even with weather delays.
We self-perform several trades and specialize in commercial construction projects mostly within Snohomish County. Our wages are competitive, and we currently offer paid vacation, and 5 paid holidays annually. Equipment operator: excavator/dozer. 2 years' experience (must be able to work independently).
