If this is what you are hoping for after spending 15 THOUSAND dollars on a new HVAC system, then SM Mechanical is the place for you! In case you can't read it, thermostat is at 80 degrees...and that is on the FIRST floor. It's even balmier upstairs 84!. I contacted the owner weeks ago, he took issue with ME for not contacting him sooner and STILL sent no one out. Texted me to call the office....and he is the owner. All you need to know.
