We had our AC installed by CAS air in 2017 and have had intermittent issues with the cooling. Chad, the owner sent out his technicians multiple times(came out himself as well) but they couldn't pin point the issue. This spring, Chad went after the issue and came out when the issue occurred. He tried multiple solutions and finally got to the root cause and fixed it. When I asked him what I owed him, he said, nothing. This is after 3 hour long visits just this year. He got it fixed and did not charge for what he deserved. Dealing with Chad has always been easy, he is reasonable, doesn't just overcharge

Our AC went out on a Monday and people we have warranty through couldn't get anyone out here till the next week. After hours of trying to get a work order to get someone else here, C.A.S. was recommended. Cody came out next day cleaned connections and it started working. Would definitely recommend them.

Highly recommend Chad at CAS. When looking at companies, I chose him as he comes repeatedly recommended on several local groups I’m a party of and I can honestly say I see why. Chad will definitely be our go to HVAC guy!

I've used CAS twice. The first time our AC was frozen up and he had given me advice over the phone and told me what to do. He didn't expect anything in return. I called him anyway and asked him to do maintenance to clean up the AC units and get them maintained.
I used them this morning after the AC stopped working last night. I texted them at 730 AM and they were out here at 9 AM. Finished by 915 with a reasonable cost and fully explained. Very professional, clean, timely. CAS comes highly recommended in our neighborhood, i can see why.

This is the most trustworthy business in the industry. Owner and operator, Eric, was highly recommended through the Nextdoor app (neighborhood posting of businesses, etc). Eric has literally saved me thousands of $$$. When I called a franchise company who advertises, they wanted to replace 2 units with a hard sales tactic. After Eric did a thorough inspection, all that failed was a simple $250 replacement of 1 part. Eric is prompt every time for an appointment and one of the nicest pros out there.

Excellent service, and top of the line products. My Carrier A/C went out at noon on Friday, and they came out that same day in the evening at 7pm! Replaced it on Saturday by 3pm - that is fast service (plus they put in Freon to keep my house cool in the meantime). Found that since the unit, although only 3 years old (new house), didn't have pressure releases, so when the capacitor failed, the fan overheated, pressure built up, and the copper tubing burst. CAS uses American Standard, which is rated by Consumer Reports (I checked), as being the most reliable brand in the US. They use aluminum

I thought I had an air conditioner condensation line issue, and it turned out to be my water heater! Not only did he explain it to me for future issues, but he reset the water heater and the problem was fixed! He is the person I will call for any future heating or air conditioner needs.
