We carry the most common water heater sizes on our trucks and in our warehouse. And we have decades of experience in water heater diagnostics, repair, and replacement. We're repair specialists, we won't try to talk you into an expensive replacement when a simple repair will suffice! But if you need, or want, a new water heater, we've probably got just what you need in stock.
Plugged drains and sewers have been a problem for as long as they've existed, certainly more than 2000 years! Of course, proper care and maintenance can make such issues rare, but I doubt that we'll ever be able to prevent them totally. But all is not lost! My sump pump died on Christmas Eve after several days of heavy rain. My crawl space was flooded with more rain in the forecast. Because all the employees had gone home for the holiday, the owner of Petersen Plumbing and his son came out late in the afternoon of xmas eve and installed a new pump. They had all the required parts on their truck and had the new pump installed in no time. And no extra charge for holiday call!

Petersen Plumbing on a late Friday afternoon saved us from a miserable weekend when a DIY project ended in disaster and left water flowing under the sink and into the kitchen. Greg quickly found and fixed the problem I'd created. In the future I'll limit my DIY to tying my shoes and feeding the cats.The cost was less than a third of what I'd expected for emergency service on a Friday afternoon. Thank-you , you are the best. We discovered a leak under our kitchen sink. Turned out to be where the spray nozzle hose attached. Unfortunately they did not have the replacement part. They were able to cap the leak, and suggested we call delta for the part. I was a bit peeved at this point, didn’t seem fair that I would be charged for another service call after the part arrived. I spoke with the owner, and he personally came and installed the new spray hose. He even had to go back to his shop to get a small piece to make it right. Most definitely went above and beyond. Thank you, Peterson Plumbing! We have used your services

Mark and AJ fixed a difficult outdoor faucet that had a small leak that I could not fix. Better the plumber breaks it while trying to fix it. Also replaced a shut-off valve under kitchen sink. Excellent work provided so far. It has only been a few hours since the repairs, so I look forward to not needing a call-back. These guys were personable, professional, friendly, and I look forward to calling them back when we remodel kitchen in the future. Thanks guys. You were great.

We hired Peterson Plumbing to come give us an estimate on repairs for leaking showers in a home we were looking to purchase this summer. So that we could ask the seller to give us a credit for the cost of estimate. When they came to make those estimates they instantly started repairs with no ones permission. After making that massive mistake they still billed us for parts and labor . Now the issues they “fixed” before they were supposed to are a problem once again. They took advantage of the fact we were buying our home remotely. There communication during that process was very poor and since

We were heading out of town and realized our hot water heater needed replacing. The woman in the office was so nice. She sent a plumber to drain the tank and turn off the gas. The new water heater was replaced the same day. The guys who did the work were so nice and competent. We have used this plumbing company in the past and have always been pleased with their work. I highly recommend them!
