I had a water leak from the pressure regulator to the main line, and man..Dustin didn't disappoint. He quoted 1.5hr and did it alot faster, made more recommendations that didnt feel lile an upsell, seemed like he genuinely wanted the repair to have longevity, so we changed the valve connection to city approved one, the last one was crappy, then he also added a new pressure valve aswell. Over all with emergency service spent well below budget.. if your in need of a great plumber, stop wasting your time work with Petersen, also if you can get Dustin.

I busted a pipe while working on the yard, and it would not stop running, even with the main water line turned off at the street. They were able to get someone out within 30 minutes of my call, and fix the issue quickly. It ended up being far less expensive than we were initially anticipating, being a same day emergency call and all. We'll definitely be giving them a call in the future for our plumbing needs!

Have had other companies try, but it never lasted long before it clogged up again.
Called one of them again ( twice) and never got a call back.
Called PPR, they sent a man out that afternoon.
Jim From PPR came out to fix it, we tried a number of different things, finally came back with a camera and pinpointed the problem area.
Showed me exactly where it was inside the pipe, and located it on the outside of the house so I could dig it up. (saved money by not paying a plumber to dig a hole.)
Found a damaged section that needs replacement.

I called this company in after a different company that messed up the job twice and we're paid twice. Pacific Plumbing came in and fixed the issue that was such a blessing. Had a late nite -discovered serious water leak continuously dripping in lower room of serious storage. First plumbers called were either non-responsive --if they answered at all, it was like "see you sometime in the morning"; alt. just declaring their HUGE off hours charges !!
Then got and followed the referral to Pacific Plumbing, called and got a VERY responsive answering service that quickly dispatched the plumber 'on call' --Cody-- who arrived from across town double quick, as quick diagnosed the problem and solved it.
SO keep their name & number for remarkably good

Called Pacific Plumbing for some quick service items I needed before an appraisal. Ricki Kadrmas came out and gave a thorough, detailed and competitive bid for some rather less than pleasant, under the house work. Update: Ricki came out, was on time and professional. I had two hose bibs replaced and a shower arm secured. He was very kind even after I asked to have him swap shower heads after the inside work had been completed. He came out again that same day when I noticed a little leak in one the hose bibs

Pacific Plumbing and Rooter replaced our sewer line and rerouted our kitchen drain pipe this week. They went out of their way to ensure that we were able to use toilets, showers, washers, etc. while they devised a plan for a permanent fix. They successfully carried out pipe bursting on our sewer line and avoided excavating our backyard. They subcontracted to place a liner in the sewer from our property line to the city sewer line. We were extremely happy with the service they provided us. We highly recommend them. They are our plumbers of choice for all future needs. THANKS Pacific Plumbing

My garbage disposal and sink clogged on a Sunday night. Called the next morning and they had someone available right away. Nate (I think that's his name!) came to the rescue. He had a new disposal ready to install and was extra patient with a stubborn clog. He moved fast and I appreciated his swiftness. The price was affordable. He was professional and courteous. I have a vacation rental in Eugene. While on vacation in Hawaii, my tenants called to say that they had no hot water and had limited time to be home before attending a function. Rob of Pacific Plumbing came out today and fixed my stubborn shower faucet that was leaking so badly I had to turn the water to the house off. He was courteous and professional and took care of the job in about an hour. And at a very reasonable price. It was much less than all the other quotes I received.
He had all the parts he needed in his truck so the job was done quickly and painlessly. He even explained what he was doing so if I need to do this again in the future, I can. I highly recommend this business.
