Technician came out and did not give us a quote before beginning the work. After the work was done we paid what we were asked to pay. A few weeks after this repair we called back with another issue. The technician came out and gave us a quote that seemed very high so we told them we would wait. Then the high pressure started so we politely paid the service charge and asked him to leave. This prompted us to look at the previous receipt where we realized we were charged for a part we provided in addition to the labor for that part that did not need to be replaced and that we knew how to replace on

The response to our call was very quick. We called and they came out to check on the issue we were having the same day .Having my dad in this same business but only to be 4hrs away they were our lifesaver this time . CONSUMER BEWARE! The good is that the technician will come on time and will take their shoes off while in the home.
However, the technician took two days on the job. Quoted me $350, then tried to charge over $700 without discussing any changes in price. I only paid the agreed upon $350 after a lengthy discussion with the owner.
Only to realize that it was a band-aid fix and the unit was again inoperable less than 24-hours later!
I called the owner and he said he would send someone out but they would charge me for the work and any parts.

They installed my AC units at a really fair price. However, the unit was not providing cold air after 2 years. I had a really hard time reaching them and got to talk to them only after several calls (they wouldn't call back). The technician was not able to find any leaks so all he did was refilling the freon. The same game happened for another 2 years. This year, I gave up and called a different company. They identified the issue within 10 min (freon was leaking within the coil). Unfortunately, the 5 year warranty ran out by 3 months. Had BenLe diagnosed the problem correctly from the beginning

Ben Le is a small Mechanical contractor, had conversation with he likes it that way to keep the quality of his work top notch. My furnace went out at 8pm Friday, gave him a call. Told him the the air was blowing, I could smell the gas, but the igniter was not working. He gave me a estimate price. He told me he would be there the next from 10-11am. He came at 1000am, fixed everything told gave me a diagnostic and cleaned the furnace for me. Told me the condition of HVAC his non bias recommendation if I am staying in the house long term. Called Benle on a Saturday to come out and service our AC unit because we had no cold air coming out our vents . Mon came out , found exactly what was wrong and fixed the problem and within an hour he had our AC unit up and running !! He was very nice and informative !!
