The Gills Heating and Air Condition folks are an incredibly reliable and knowledgeable team with one more important characteristic. They are also super nice people. Oh, and they respond to requests even after hours. Note the exchange I just had on one of the hottest days of the summer / when I'm sure they were stretched to the max. Gill HVAC provides great value, great communications (verbal and email), timely communications and great advice on HVAC issues and systems. The customer service - in terms of responding quickly to calls and providing very timely service - cannot be beat. In the sweltering heat of summer, when my A/C finally completely failed (it was 24 years old), they responded immediately and first provided a temporary solution until they were able to install a new unit in less than 2 days. Gill worked with me on price and even did an install on a Saturday.

I've used Gill Heating & Air since 2009. I could not speak more highly of them on all fronts: Service, Responsiveness & Cost! They have addressed issues at rental properties while I was out of town. They regularly make weekend calls when there's a heat wave or cold front pending. I just recently finally had them replace my 20+ unit all together and it works like a dream.
