Safe Construction Company employs a number of methods to stop leaks and repair cracks depending on the situation you have. Odds are if it's leaking, it can be stopped. For filling cracks we use a hydrophobic polyeurethane material that can expand 30 to 40 times it's size and will hold its shape. It can be used to stop gushing water, to fill voids, hairline cracks and for soil stabilization.
Water follows the path of least resistance and this often causes it to show up no where near the actual leak. So what may look like a foundation leak could really be an upstairs bathroom leak finally finding a way through the wall. Every situation is different and we will explain to you what we find in the inspection.
