Born in southern Nevada, and raised by a single father. Vic Cotoia, Owner of Cascade Plumbing, learned early on about responsibility. After a brief career in customer service and retail management, Vic moved to the northeast. He attended 5 years of trade school at BOCES College while working full time as a Journeyman Plumber.
A. Cascade Plumbing prides itself on repairing before replacement. More often than not, it can be fixed and working as good (if not better) than it ever had no matter how old it might be. Most of the time, when we replace a fixture, it is simply because the customer would rather replace it to a newer modern look for their home or for efficiency reasons.

Cascade was very responsive to my plumbing request. I wanted my washer and dryer moved out of the kitchen into the garage and they provided the necessary plumbing and logistics in a matter of days for a reasonable amount. I'm very happy with the finished project. Btw, they took care of sinks, the hot water heater, and everything else we asked them to do. They are professional, timely, good communicators, very friendly and a joy to work with. Highly recommend Cascade Plumbing!

I have called cascade twice and both times during an emergency when no one else could come the same day. Both times Vic made it a point to get to me that day. I unfortunately own a Lennar home and they only have one water shutoff and it’s the main in the garage. Any leak and you have no choice but to shut the whole house down. The first time Vic came out was when I had my Rinnai hot water heater serviced. The tech turned the water back on and the handle for the valve broke off. Vic came out the same day replaced the value, and we were back in operation. Most recently I had Vic do a retrofit of

We are new to the area found Cascade Plumbing on Google, the reviews were great so we gave them a call. So glad we did! We had water running under our house and they came right over and fixed the problem right away and very reasonably priced. We liked them so much we had them come back the next day to replace our kitchen faucet! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I highly recommend Cascade Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. I called them to set up an appointment to fix a broken toilet flange. They called prior to arrival as promised, the owner and his daughter assessed the work and she executed the job to our highest satisfaction. Very courteous, explained all work to be done and cost, cleaned up and left me with a great impression of their dedication to honest customer service and plumbing work. Cascade Plumbing will be the only business I call for future repairs and bathroom/ kitchen upgrades.

We were doing a little renovation project and ran into a problem with our tub spout and Vic came right out within an hour of calling. He showed us pictures of the process and the completed job. That extra personal touch made a huge difference. Easily the best plumbing service we have ever used. If you need a plumber you have got to call Cascade Plumbing.
