This was my first experience with a maid, and unfortunately, I was not completely happy with it for what we paid. For Christmas, I asked my husband for a deep clean service so I could start my winter break with an extra clean home. When I first saw the house, I was impressed. Everything looked great. But as I looked further, I noticed they missed a lot of the details...the main reason why I wanted a deep clean over a genera clean. Behind the toilets were not cleaned/dusted, the lamps in the bedroom and bathrooms were not dusted (all of these are reachable with a step stool), the corners of rooms

We first Used The Maid Place for a thorough move-in clean when we purchased our new home. It was their thoughtful attention to detail that caused us to sign up for biweekly service and we have not regretted it. That was five years ago and we continue to be very happy with their crews and very professional service. We've been using The Maid Place twice a month for nearly 7 years at our home. To say we've been 100% completely satisfied is quite an understatement. They are very thorough in the cleaning service itself, and we've found them to be very flexible with us when we've had to adjust our schedule. The ownership is always very pleasant, communicates expeditiously, and accommodating.

I was recommended The Maid Place from a family friend, and their team has been nothing short of amazing the past couple years I have used them. They have always accommodated our schedule, communicated with any changes, and have been extremely professional throughout our time using them. We use them every other week, and it's always incredibly nice to come home to a fresh-smelling home. Their attention to detail is always GREAT!! Their deep cleans are phenomenal, and maintenance in between those cleans are just as great. Highly recommend!!

I have used The Maid Place since 2016. I am very please with their service! Not only are they thorough and professional, they bring 2-3 people and so they are much faster than the individual person I used in the past. They are also very honest. I have my favorite crew that I use regularly, but have also used other crews and been very pleased. I can also say that when things came up and I needed their help unexpectedly, they worked hard to help me. I highly recommend The Maid Place!

I've used several maid services in the Frisco area. I've found The Maid Place to be the best. The house is always completely clean and staff very communicative. When the ladies accidentally broke something, they immediately contacted me and asked how to fix it. I appreciated the transparency as I've had other services try to hide when items are broken or damaged.

I have used The Maid Place for about 2.5 years. I have always found the owner very accomodating with my schedule changes and special requests. I generally have the same crew every time and they are excellent. I find all of the employees very professional and hard working. I've been remiss in not leaving a review. After trying other maid services, I've used the Maid Place for years. YEARS. The service is easy and accommodating with changing schedules and the people that they send are nice and hard working. There have been only a few hiccups along the way but this is consistently the best maid service in the area. The prices are reasonable, the cleaning is good, I have never had things go missing or get broken. The owners are nice and responsive. I'll continue to use them as long as I'm in the area.

Called last minute due to a previous cleaning service cancelling on me same day and the owner was super nice and helpful and got me on the schedule within two days and really saved me. I opted for the deluxe cleaning since it included the drawers and was not much of a price difference from the standard. The whole beginning from phone call to payment was super easy, quick and professional.

I don't know where to start, the owner insulted me saying my home was basically disgusting, they did NOT clean the floors that was "included" in the price over $500. When I said something about wanting money back he said "I figured this was about money for you" how insulting to a customer? Then I said I'd leave a review and he said he'll post pictures of my place. Well post em babe! Also called me unempathetic because the cleaner got a cut at my home. How is that my fault? I don't know. Anyways yeah they're trash.

The Maid Place is okay. After hearing about them from word of mouth, I opted to give them a shot since I was looking to have my home cleaned regularly. They were really quick to respond to my online inquiry and answered all of the questions I had. Even better, scheduling was easy. They were available exactly when I needed them, and the gentleman I spoke to (I think they're a husband and wife duo) was friendly and communicative. When cleaning day came, Ulie and Victoria arrived juuuust outside their arrival window, no big deal, but after that... eh, things seemed a bit off.

Thank you so much Maid Place for accommodating the deep clean cleaning I desperately needed before my new mattresses came in and after bug fogger was used (3 days after). Place looks great and dishes were done too (should of taken a before and after picture). But yay can see my kitchen counter now and the bathroom and rooms looks great.
