Services
From the smallest residential pool to large commercial pools, OceanBlu Renovations has what it takes to create an attractive and inviting pool environment. Our Renovation Specialists have been renovating commercial and residential swimming pools in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex for the last 10 years.
OceanBlu has the capability to manage, both by the utilization of its employees and by the selective use of other contractors, just about every facet of the pool renovation process. We specialize in specific aspects of pool construction and when other areas of expertise are needed we rely on relationships built up over the last ten years to supply the necessary services.
OceanBlu Renovations specialized in the installation of custom pool surfaces including Diamond Brite, RiverRok and Durazzo that utilize naturally tumbled pebbles and specifically formulated cement, which is more expensive than standard plaster. Installation with Diamond Brite, RiverRok and Durazzo is a process that requires each installer be trained, certified, and subject to continuing education in the field.
If your pool needs a little help with loose tile, coping, worn plaster, cracked decking or leaks, get in line. As the temperature heats up, so do our phone lines from customers asking for help to remodel their pool. Get in line early in the season so your pool project can get completed before the heat of the season begins.

Critical: Quality, Responsiveness
Very dissatisfied with Ocean Blu due to a very poor pool re-plaster job that has resulted in numerous cracks and flaws after just a couple of years. Their response was it is normal. Let the pictures by the judge.

I've used Yelp for years and have never posted a negative review. However, due to multi-year, expensive project, I feel I need to make others aware of this company. Especially after seeing almost an identical issue with the same company get posted a year after our first reported issue took place. This has been an expensive and horrible experience. When the job was done I would have given them 5 stars, now we have an issue with a problem that they said they would fix and the answer is "well there is nothing we can do"... If you want service after the sale, stay away.

Tim made the excellent suggestion of going with Belgard pavers, as the TX heat would still give us lots more problems with concrete vs. the paver option. When we priced it out, it was not outrageously more than stamped concrete, so naturally we made the
