Pleasant and courteous person, or I would have given a zero. Rugs look almost exactly as they did before. When I saw the method that would be used, I was already skeptical, particularly about the limited time that the cleaning agent was on the rugs. I will have to have these re-done another way. Waste of money after a long wait to get it done.

All around my experience was positive. I booked my own appointment time easily through their website, their pricing is very clear, I received all of the information I needed at the right time and the job was done really well! This is my first time using Heaven’s Best services, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome! I seriously didn’t think it was going to be possible to get out some of the stains that I had acquired in my living room, which consisted of paint and stain droppings. My carpet now looks brand new! The technician who cleaned my carpet did an amazing job! He answered all of my questions in a friendly and courteous manner! I wish that I had gotten his name, because I would definitely ask for this gentleman to come back to clean my carpets in the future! I no longer will have a need
