Nick and his team did an outstanding job restoring my 100 year terrazzo floor that was hidden under nasty commercial glued- down commercial carpet. We moved into a rental where carpets were cleaned prior to moving in. The stains wicked up from the padding on our move in date and you could smell there had been cats here before. We were embarrassed to have company.
MACC came out and removed the stains for good and also neutralized the pet odors. We never thought anyone would get those stains out. MACC is the only carpet cleaning company I will ever use in the future. They were very thorough, professional, and explained everything in great detail. LOVE LOVE LOVE this company and you will too.

Outstanding job on a carpet that I had chalked up to being toast. With 2 big daily lake-loving dogs and 3 cats, we might as well open a zoo, but instead at some point we thought “you know, let’s try a white-ish carpet in this huge living space.” Well the years took their toll, Stanley Steamers took our money, and our carpet would smell clean for a week or 2 but the stains always remained. These were deep, undefeatable (or so I thought), nasty stains that were always bad but would come up with the humidity and just looked terrible. I would highly recommend Milwaukee Area Carpet Cleaning! Their customer service was efficient and their process was smooth and everything they said they were going to do, they did! The carpet result was excellent. They cared did my rug coffee stains and did an overall clean, and my 7 year old wool blend rug feels, smells and looks nearly brand new! They did pick up and delivery and an honest estimate. I’m very pleased!
