Since 1974, Venice Cooling & Heating has been servicing the Venice area. We are an organization of about 15 employees and have been locally owned since our organization was started. Our scope of work includes Repair, Maintenance, and Replacement of residential & light commercial cooling and heating systems up to 15 ton.
We offer a complete comfort package to take care of all your home cooling & heating need. No job is too big or small for us, whether it involves a completed system change with all new duct work or just checking for something that concerns you, give us a call and we will do our best to provide you with a solution.
The two main ingredients in a reliable air conditioning system installation are the quality of the labor and the equipment brand supplied on the job. Being a smaller company and working in the local area, Venice Cooling & Heating is able to control our labor much better than a larger company, or a company working from out of the area.
Venice Cooling knows how important it is to get the cooling going again fast. For a breakdown service call we will respond to you the same day, and in most cases within 4 hours. After normal office hours the office phones are forwarded to our on-call Service Technician who will be available evenings, weekends, and holidays for your emergency.
We can perform a 1-preventative maintenance on your cooling and heating unit. We will perform a comprehensive check on all the important components and do some sanitizing of your system for $96.00. We also offer a Planned Service Agreement (PSA) that includes 2-scheduled preventative maintenance checks a year, and include a discount on Labor & Parts with priority service repair calls.
