Gold Cleaning offers service in Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Howard County, and Anne Arundel County, Maryland. I've had Dora and Tony come clean my house several times in the last 6 months and they've been amazing! Dora really paid attention to the details, which we usually miss or ignore in our weekly cleanings and everything is always put back into place when they're done.
Can't say enough great things! We wash and sanitize all toilets and scrub showers or tubs to remove all grime and residue. We wipe and sanitize sinks, countertops, and mirrors. We remove and re-line the trashcan. We finish by mopping the floor. We scrub the microwave interior, wipe the exterior of appliances, and wipe or sanitize all cabinets, tables, chairs, and countertops.
We remove all garbage and recycling and re-line the trashcans. We finish by sweeping and mopping the floors and shaking out any area rugs. We make beds, dust accessible surfaces, including baseboards, blinds, light fixtures, decorative items, and ceiling fans, and wipe and clean all mirrors and glass fixtures.

Tony and has wife are a rare gem. We booked the day before . They were ready to go.We trusted them with your new house because we couldn't be there physically. These guys are terrible. Didn’t understand simple requests. It was as though we were speaking different languages. They wouldn’t take a credit card and tried to change the times last minute as an ultimatum. Do not use this business EVER.

On a Sunday afternoon at 1:00 pm, my daughter and I were desperate to find last minute help in cleaning her house after having her floors refinished over the weekend. I live in NYC and she lives in Baltimore with her husband and baby. The entire house was covered in dust and they could not bring the baby back into the house under those conditions, she was unable to clean it all by herself and she had no one to turn to. I called Tony at Gold Cleaning Services and by 3:45 pm he had his fantastic crew in place at my daughter's house. By 5:45 the entire house was sparkling clean!

This is my new go-to cleaning service, just scheduled a monthly cleaning. They were punctual, friendly, and very pleasant to deal with. I didn't realize how neglected our house was until they cleaned for us, I can't even explain what a difference they made! Very impressed with the amount of detail each area/room received. They're a hard-working crew, it's easy to tell they enjoy what they do.
