The restore pro team was very professional. Always let us know when they would be stopping by to work on house. They give you more than enough heads up to clear out a room of personal belongings if they were going to be working on that particular room. They were also kind enough to wait 2 months for us to come up with the deductable. I would recommend this company to anyone. 5 plus stars in my book.

RestorePro was very prompt to respond to a water leak in our master bedroom. They came the same day we called and acted quickly to dry the water damage with heaters and fans and to check for mold. The whole staff, Chris,Jeremy, Jared, Danny and Pete are very exceptional to work with in repair of our master bedroom in a very timely manner. They also handled all the paperwork with our insurance company. We highly recommend their service and rate them 10 out of 10.

We had a pipe break on Christmas Eve morning. RestorePro happily came out right away, even though it was a holiday, and got the mess taken care of. They cleaned up the water damage and also did the repairs. They kept us updated about what they were doing and how long it would take. Their work was very well done. They also worked with our insurance company who said they were very prompt in responding to their requests. This is the second time we have used them because of water damage. They were great both times and I would highly recommend them!

In a word, this company was FANTASTIC! We had a water leak which caused extensive damage in our master bedroom. Everyone who entered our home was friendly, professional and proficient. They came almost immediately when we called and had the clean up done very rapidly. The repairs are perfect... we can't even tell where they worked. Sheet rock, flooring, painting all perfect. They communicated very well with our insurance company and ourselves and were always on time for appointments and repair sessions. We are EXTREMELY happy. Thanks for the great work!

Our bathroom sink overflowed for several hours in the early morning so we did not know until we woke up that the carpet in the bedroom and closet were drenched. We tried to soak it up with towels but that was futile so we called RestorePro and they came right over with the huge fans. They took charge of the situation right away. I would strongly recommend them. All of the guys were very concerned about doing a good job for us, especially Chris Reed. Chris is very professional, considerate and thorough about helping you through the inconvenience and reaching a resolve for your situation.

Our cabin had a slow snow melt leak from our balcony, which caused a damaged ceiling below, mold and carpet damage. RestorePro helped us determine what the damage was and worked with our insurance agent for the claim. They remediated the mold, fixed the ceiling and replaced the flooring that was damaged. Throughout the whole process, all the people we were in contact with were professional, knowledgeable, skilled, courteous and friendly. They did an excellent job with all the work, right down to the last little detail. Their fees were quite reasonable. I was very pleased with the whole process

RestorePro was on site 20 minutes after we called. They came in and started drying out and ripping out all the damage the flooding had caused. It was a stressful situation; however, there calming, professional, and friendly interaction really helped me feel calm. The entire process was so organized, thorough, and well done. This company came to look over the job and give me an estimate. After 2 weeks, no word, so I called to find out if they were going to give me an estimate or if they were even interested in doing the work. I was assured they would have an estimate to me the following week and that they absolutely wanted the work. Two weeks later they called and said they had too many jobs and "Oh never mind, sorry". Completely unprofessional and a complete waste of my time.
