Refused to quote a job cost. Just lied about how long the job would take. Asked him to save certain supplies from the job. Which did not happen. Did not finish the complete job. His son promised someone would come back and finish the same job of trim. When no one showed up and I called and text he made his son call and say it’s not his place to make those decisions and if I wanted them done I would have to pay more. Job ended up being twice and much as the owner made it out to be. Very disappointed on how the whole transaction went.

I called Eddie out for a simple estimate, i showed him the places that an inspector said that wood could not touch the ground and would need 6" of clearance. He wanted to put in a footing of 6 " of concrete which would work just not for my budget, I told him I needed two windows repaired he said he didn't do windows, I showed him some shiplap that needed some sealing and painting and he said he don't do painting. I then showed him some electrical items that needed done and he told me he was going to put an LB in an area that I didn't want it in, he then told my wife that I knew everything and told
