Trabuco Air has been in business offering air conditioning, heating and a variety of HVAC, air conditioner, heating services in Mission Viejo since 1996. Our technicians offer repairs, installation, and replacement. We are a non-corporate HVAC company and our employees are paid by the hour and not commissioned based.
Our trip charge and diagnostics fee is free with repairs, otherwise $89.50 for residential homes, if any work is in the attic or on the roof add $20. All of our employees are drug tested and background checked for your protection and peace of mind. All technicians are paid by the hour and not on commission like large corporate companies.

These guys have been out three times and have been professional, respectful, and prompt. They replaced my old AC and the cost of the unit and installation was very competitive. They fixed my heater too last year, and inspected the heater today. I won't do business with any other AC/Heater business. Thanks for being prompt and diagnosing/repairing quickly.

I called because I heard a loud noise when a/c turned on. When the gentleman came we found out our motor went out on our system. They told me what was needed and at what cost. I was offered to install a new furnace, but wasn’t not pressured. The new motor was installed and the fly wheel that had gone out too. It was done quickly and efficiently.

Trabuco Air is the best A/C company I have ever used. In our previous house they recommended that we buy a new system but when I told them we couldn’t afford one since we were paying off debt, they did everything they could to keep our system going for 5 years.
We moved to a new house and I just bought a great new system with them that is all American made. I totally trust them!

Trabuco Air was excellent through the entire process of assessing my original system, replacement and post-installation follow up. I was very impressed with their professionalism, their attention to detail and the quality of their workmanship. They were incredibly careful, clean and considerate to my home. They took time to listen, address questions and concerns, explain options and possible courses of action. I especially appreciated them thinking about not only solving the problem I had today but also solving it for years to come. I recommend them highly.

We needed our whole AC unit replaced, we had been doing small repairs here and there until our AC unit worked no more, and desperately I searched for someone to come out and replace ours. I am so glad I found Trabuco. Brandon came out right away, talked to us about every option that we had. He spoke caringly and not like a sales person at all (the… previous person I had talked to me with several different pitches). I cannot recommend this company enough. After the integrity and generosity their people showed me on a service call during their busiest time of the year, I will be using them for any of my HVAC needs moving forward.
I had a technician from another company come out to fix my broken AC unit who said I needed a new contactor. After a couple days,… he then called back, said he couldn't get the part, and was leaving for vacation the next day. I bought the part myself, installed it, and still no AC. Trabuco Hills Air was able to get to my house within 24 hours during the hottest week of the year

If I could give zero stars I would Robert decker came to my home and appeared to be a good honest person after charging us $400 and still not fixing our unit he then messaged us and said the unit was not… working and we didn't have a chance he was trying to ease our pain with the temporary fix that only lasted a day we paid $400 for one day of air conditioning and this so call technician wasn't even honest, he never looked in the air conditioning unit was only here for 10 minutes and never told us what was wrong with it he just told us that we needed a part that he replaced and now we owed

I highly recommend Mr. Decker and his Staff. I had several HVAC contractors bid my Heater/AC replacement, and most of them did not have Workers' Compensation Insurance (4/5). None wanted to pull a permit, despite the fact that several code upgrades were required. It was frustrating.
