I have used Sqaurefoot Construction Company two times for small commercial interior projects. The second job has still not been completed after more than one year. The owner of the company does not return phone calls or text messages. The company seems to not know what to handle workload. Their staff could not answer very basic questions from our accounting firm. I am looking elsewhere for my future projects.

HD Waste & Recycling provided hauling and disposal services to Squarefoot Construction for a job site in Dallas TX from 10/6/17 to 4/18/18. The company did not submit payment in full and has an open balance which HD & Recycling has attempted to collect. The Squarefoot Construction representative Amanda Reyes, has agreed to pay the remaining balance Bi-weekly. Our offices has made several attempts to collect the open balance since April 2018 and we have not received any payments to date. The amount owed was awarded to HD Waste & Recycling by small claims court on February 11th 2019. Since then,

If I could give this company an even worse review I would. I did some work for Jack jayswal the owner of Square foot Construction about a year ago and still have not been paid. Today I had to call from my assistants phone and text saying I needed work done for him to contact me. He once again gave me the same run around he gave me six months ago which essentially means he is not going to pay me for my work done which is a pretty penny.. When it comes to doing buisness with this buisness I would never do it again. I should not have to run around for a year trying to get in contact with the owner

Do not hire this clown. I hired him for a fairly simple retail build-out that was expected to take 6 weeks. He didn't pull the permits he needed and the city shut down the work. We sat idle for nearly a month. You'd think he'd bust out to make up for the lost time, but after work started again we got one guy who would take off twice during the day for supplies and once for lunch. We finally chased him off and finished ourselves just to get the store open 5 weeks later than expected.

Save your money. I never write reviews. 1st one. Bad experience, bad service. Took money for a job that the city rejected completely, wasted 10 weeks and I had to start over.
I tried reaching out, no repsonse. Not as knowledgeable about restaurant construction as the new company I had to hire to redo the same job. Not even close. Avoids calls and does not respond back. Lost 3500 bucks. After the experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone I know.
