We requested a furnace cleaning and simple maintenance service call. The service man came to the house with a sales rep, which I found strange. The service man looked at the furnace for less than 1 minute, in a dark basement and didn't even use a proper light. He said we had a cracked firebox and the furnace was completely broken. He barely touched the whole machine! The sales rep immediately jumped into action trying to sell us a new system. We tried to tell him we are older and on a fixed income. He wasn't listening and we felt bullied into a credit check. We were charged a $49.00 service fee

The technicians that showed up were awesome. They arrived same day and uqickly after calling. They asked what the problem was and where the components were and then they fixed the heat pump. If anything I think I slowed them down telling them what I had already tried to fix it, but they listened patiently while they worked and I appreciate that. This happened 2 days before Thanksgiving. They saved our feast as the family comes to my house and we couldn't do it without heat.

He helped us figure out the pricing of the for getting set up on a subscription based service, and was all around very nice. This was the first time we have used this service. The office personnel were quite friendly. Joe and Andrea arrived on time. They were personable and neat. They went right to work and offered feedback as they performed the preseason inspection. I was completely satisfied with the entire process. We also enrolled in their maintenance contract. Great service.

Chris and Cameron came over first to check out the problem and give us a solution. They were both friendly, experienced and knowledgeable, but overall had the patience to answer every question. THEN, Josh came the following day and let me tell you! He's amazing! He's professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He worked alone about 80% of the time, and did a great job! Now, we have a new furnace and a new water heater.
