We called Brad on a Saturday and he came out just a couple of hours later. He schooled us on the ins and outs of our propane back up, which was so helpful! He got our heat running and warm in just a few minutes and charged us an extremely fair price. We were so impressed with his knowledge, fairness and honesty. Highly recommend!

Brad was very polite and very affordable on pricing. He gave us as much information as he thought we needed (being first time homebuyer's and probably having a confused look on my face some of the time.) He checked every part of my system to make sure nothing needed to be fixed or refilled. We needed a new filter and our coils sprayed and wiped down. He also offered to help us with our thermostat because its on a setting I can't get it out of that the previous owners put on there (but we don't have the manual for it)
