Rafael was very kind and professional. He was more than patient with us as he worked around my two toddlers and dogs. I have used A1 multiple times now. I love the cleaning solution as I know it is safe for my family. They are always professional, on time and usually very detailed in getting my carpet clean. we have 3 kids and a dog and our carpet is 19 years old. It still looks good I believe due to the care these guys take. I know the power head rewinds the fibers and the preserver helps tighten the fibers also. at least that is what they tell me. All I know is the carpet dries very fast and it has lasted much longer than I thought it ever would. thanks A1

This company is amazing, can't say enough!! We had a guest walk thru our home with mechanics grease on his shoes we thought our carpet was doomed. But A-1 Chemdry did a fantastic job. They got every bit of grease out, the serviceman Mario even went out his way and got the grease out of our entryway throw rug. The serviceman was kind, professional and amazing. I felt comfortable having him in my home when I had to leave before the job was done. A-1 Chemdry us the best of the best.
