I'm a new resident of Tampa (and Florida)! Finding reputable companies would normally be an uphill battle when you're so new, but I believe I found a hidden gem with Robert and his team at Magnum Painting Elite. Here's why:

1) immediate response via Yelp to my residential interior paint job request + followed by an immediate Appt scheduling for a complimentary in-home evaluation;

2) in-home eval was thorough, informative, and performed by the owner, Robert;

They did a great job, very courteous and respectful of our property. Finished our 4 bedroom 2 bath home in two days. After a few days, however, we did notice one wall that needed a second hand, and this is where you can tell this is a team that cares about their work, without hesitation they scheduled a time to come back and give it another hand of paint. We are very happy with the results!

I should have not ignored this company's other reviews. Called and left a message regarding an estimate (with a human, not on voicemail) and got no return phone call. I guess they're not interested in new business.

*Response: You may want to rethink your priorities if you're responding to an online review within minutes but can't return a prospective client's phone call for 3+ days.

So happy with this company. They were the best quote by far and were extremely efficient. Very responsive and worked with my demanding timeline. Had a great crew that came in and did the entire house (3k sqft) and trim in a day and a half and made it simple with providing the paint. They also took the initiative to come a day before to make sure the samples were what we wanted and that it would be enough for the job and had the ability to pay online. The whole process from start to finish was very seamless and will definitely use this company again when I want to epoxy the garage floor. Thank you

We were referred to this company at our closing. We checked with other companies for quotes and reviews and decided to go with this company. Getting through to the receptionist was a little difficult at times but makes sense since this has been a busy time for everyone working in landscape, fencing, painting and construction. The owner personally returned my calls rather quickly and called between jobs to schedule and make sure we were in the loop of everything. He was familiar with our HOA guidelines and paint swatch colors. He came and matched our colors, pressure washed, prepped and taped up

Robert and his team did the great jobs of painting my house , my brother's house and my neighbor's house just withi two days. From cleaning, fixing the damage and then painting. They did the final check very carefully! I would like to suggest this company to my friends, thanks!

My wife went through the process of getting quotes from a few different companies, and asked me to research. Decided based on what I found that Magnum was the best fit. My wife then called Magnum, got their answering service, and left a message. almost 2 days later she called again, and left another message. She got a call back, and the rep told her on the phone that they could start the project the middle of next month. We told him that worked for us, and we thought we were done with our process.

Around 7:00 tonight we got a "Dear John" text from a number we did not recognize

My wife and I used Robert and crew from Magnum Painting Elite to paint inside and outside our home two months ago. *Full disclosure: I am very picky about how things look. What an amazing job they did- great price, professional, courteous and respectful of our home. Today they came out and did a gorgeous job on a new epoxy garage floor! Robert was prompt in replying with an estimate and did an excellent job on the exterior of our 2 story house. He was able to power wash and do 2 coats within 2 days and it looks fantastic. Nice guy too as he also did my front door to match without being asked.

I was fortunate to find this business when I began obtaining estimates for painting the exterior of my home. Robert gave me a detailed estimate with excellent pricing, and patiently helped me select the perfect color. His workers were efficient and considerate of my property. They did a wonderful job! I hired them again to for top to bottom interior paint on a condo I recently purchased. The remodel portion took longer than expected, and Robert and his painters came back numerous times to complete the job as it was being finished. However, they were able to meet our short window of opportunity for painting a vacant home before we moved in. I called to get a quote from my house for drywall repair and the entire interior of my home to be repainted and they never called back. That is poor customer service I don't care what the quality of your product is.

Robert from a company called me and told me they weren't doing interiors, when I proceeded to tell him that I spoke three other contractors he hung up on me before I could even finish. I called him back and left him a voicemail advising him this and also that no one in his office that took my message informed me that they weren't doing interior painting or drywall work

Robert and his crew certainly live up to their company reputation! I needed my whole interior done...walls and ceilings. Robert and crew were very accommodating as they were able to squeeze my job in during a busy time of year for them! The crew was amazingly friendly as they always arrived very punctually, worked hard, and straightened up before leaving. The guys were not satisfied until I was satisfied and they took customer happiness to the extreme.! I would definitely use Magnum painting elite again and would gladly recommend them!
