I needed to have some damaged vinyl siding replaced, so I requested quotes from a number of local contractors. About half were either non-responsive or uninterested in anything short of a full replacement. Among those who were willing to do the project, Auchly was reasonably priced and able to get it scheduled quickly. The outcome looks great, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone else in need of roofing or siding work.

I don’t know if it was Brent or Tony who did the inspection but they were awesome. Anything else where I had to deal with Kathy in the office was a dreadful experience. She was extremely rude and unprofessional always. We never got the invoice to pay for the roof inspection and when I called to ask about a couple days later she argued that she had sent it. I just asked her to resend it and she apparently had written my email wrong. So she sends the invoice with no instructions as to how to pay it. So we have to call again and have to deal with the rude lady. My wife called this other time to

Horrible and not reliable. They used to be great used them several times. Didn't show up for an 9am appointment. I called several times. Finally some kid called me back at 11am that sounded like he had just woke up. Said he wouldn't be able to get there until later. And recommended I just call someone else. I guess in the wake of a hail storm you can treat people like this, but good luck when business is not plentiful. Your regular customers won't be calling you back.

I found Auchly Roofing online with neutral reviews and decided to give this local business a chance. They gave me an estimate on the repair and the price was reasonable (found it odd that the roofer came 2 hours earlier than the scheduled time, but I happened to be home). I called the office a week later to schedule the work and was asked if the roofer can do it at 6:30 AM. I said this was too early and preferred late morning or afternoon. They said that it gets too hot, so they like to work in the mornings. So, I agreed to have them over at 7:30 AM, though it was still
