We had a complete replacement of roof shingles, and Dawson roofing met every requirement I requested. They were prompt, fast, and efficient. Brian Donohue (Project Manager) was a pleasure to work with. He always kept us informed at every stage of the project by phone and by multiple personal visits, and was very professional. The work crew was also excellent and left our yard immaculate! I plan to use them again next spring for our gutter replacement.

First of all I am a stickler for high quality and workmanship. That being said, Brian Donohue was great to work with. He was very professional and knowledgeable about their products and took the time.to explain the process.

I can't say enough about Brian Dawson and his crew. I was so impressed with how quickly they responded to my request for a quote. Every person I encountered was professional. The quality of the material was top of the line. The crew was incredibly skilled and fast. Really a hard working team. They even stayed until after dark to make sure they completed my roof in one day. And they didn't skip on the cleanup process either. Fantastic experience! Many thanks to Brian Dawson Roofing for the great job they did installing our roof. Special thanks and kudos to Brian Donoghue who was our contact person. Brian Donoghue came out for the original estimate, answered all of our questions with patience and clarity, and made a special effort to get us the color shingles we wanted. We had several places where shingles had been blown off in a severe storm exposing our roof and another storm was on its way days before our new roof was going to be installed. I called the company at 8:00 on Saturday morning and left a message due to the office being closed. However, within 10 minutes John returned my call and had an employee there temporarily covering the damaged area by noon. The repair was completed the next week when weather permitted. John stayed in contact and followed up with me through the entire process. I highly recommend this company.
