James B. Tortora Jr. has spent many years learning the trade by working closely with his father, who was a custom home builder. Growing up in the building industry, Jim has 40 years of building experience and has learned to work with and understand customers' needs. Today, Jim's company, I.T.S. Construction Inc., builds custom homes, does renovation/additions to commercial buildings and remodeling to family homes.
Jim takes pride in their customized work and his goal to keep every customer pleased with the end result of their project. I.T.S. Construction attributes some of its success to its office manager, Sherry Shafer, who handles many areas of the business, working closely with its customers, helping them with their selections and assisting them with any concerns.

I.T.S. Construction is a first class contractor. Our remodeling project was completed in a timely & professional manner. They were very considerate of our needs, considering we were still living in the residence during the construction. They kept the job site very clean, inside & out. I.T.S. was a joy to work with.
