I had a great experience with Biltmore Exteriors. They gave me a fair quote for the work I needed done (gutters and roof), and did the work promptly. I especially appreciated the customer service. A small issue arose, Danny called me within minutes and resolved the issue immediately. They did great work, cleaned up my yard well and have been very easy to communicate with. Our experience with Biltmore was amazing from start to finish. The company was incredibly responsive to our request for a quote online and in touch immediately. Danny the salesman was super helpful and made my roof install not stressful at all. I had a bad storm that damaged my roof resulting in replacement which I dreaded dealing with insurance. He basically handled everything and the guys that installed couldn't have done a better job. One of the best choices I have made.

Had a small scale leak above my living room and Biltmore was great in getting fixed. Was initially scared it was gonna be too small a job for them but they were happy to help. Worked with Danny throughout the quote and repair process. Anytime I had a question or concern I'd shoot Danny a text and he'd get back to me ASAP. Very happy I went them. We highly recommend Biltmore Construction. We used them for an insurance claim and decided to have additional work done as well. In all, they did roofing, siding, soffits and gutters. I called on 4/26/19 to get gable vents installed. They quickly gave me a quote and we signed a contract. The gentleman told me the work would be completed in a few weeks. A few weeks went by, no gable vents. Two months when by and I called to check the status. I was told there was a scheduling error and it would be done with the next week. At this… point, I am playing phone tag until they finally get back to me in Aug of 2019. They expressed the job was small and needed managements approval. I have since been told each week on my weekly call to them, It will be completed by Friday of said

I called Biltmore Exteriors in Canton back in December given their fantastic reviews on google. Even though quoted me 3 times the price as another company, I went with them since they had more reviews. They had most of the siding installed within 2 weeks. Fantastic sales but very poor follow through. They told me they they were going to side the… chimney and install shutters but never did. They had told me that they were going to help complete the job by finding a mason but began ignoring my calls and text after payment. They even attempted to charge me more even though they had agreed to

Our experience working with the team at Biltmore to replace our roof was excellent! They clearly explained the process at the onset and it went exactly as described. Roofing team was great; were careful regarding our landscaping and did a thorough clean up of the job site. Everyone was very helpful in assisting with the claims process and keeping the process on track. We would highly recommend Biltmore for anyone's roofing needs.
