On the coldest night of the year, we woke up with no heat. I called Lenn-Air. My husband is disable and we needed it fixed as soon as we could. Even though I was disappointed that it could not be fixed but replaced the team got busy and we had anew heat unit in by late afternoon. Very professional and knowledgeable of work that they needed to do. If they needed to leave for some reason they always returned at the.time they said. Not true for all companies. Some go and they don’t come back. Thanks Lenn-Aire !

Lenaire is the best. They came out the same morning I called and did a very thorough inspection. Jordan explained everything he saw and gave me photographic evidence. He presented me with all my options from the least expensive to most expensive, with no hard sells. I felt completely informed when I bought my new system. Leonard's staff made called to confirm the installation appointment and they were very courteous and professional. The installation went well until one of the installers accidentally came through the ceiling! He was okay, and they called out a painter who came that day and repaired

Dale performed the fall/winter inspection of our heating system efficiently and professionally. I truly appreciated that he showed me photos and videos of each component, but he also went above and beyond to explain each part, what he was looking for, and any adjustments made. They were great today when I had a leak in my Mom's first floor ceiling that was coming from the second floor AC unit. They came out the same day and fixed it quickly.
Jordan was very helpful and very friendly. He explained everything that happened and taught us some preventive techniques too.

I expected more and attempted to contact someone at Lenair in regards to this complaint before writing this review online but nobody ever called me back. I was greatly disappointed in the service my real estate client received due to inflexible scheduling and being quoted incorrect pricing. The home was a vacant property that is under contract to be sold. The new buyer wanted the system cleaned and serviced so I contacted Lenair for the job. With only a 30 minute lead time call with Lenair, it made it almost impossible to jump thru hoops to meet the tech at a client's home almost 45 minutes or

Technician came out to trouble shoot my problem, discovered problem and made repair in less than an hour. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and offered advice on preventing the problem from reoccurring. Only charged $85 for service. LenAire is the best HVAC contractor in the Shreveport/Bossier area!

From the first phone call to the salesman to the installers all were above professional. I expected good service in replacing our entire AC heating system. What we received was compassionate, carrying men lead by Patrick. they were so careful in protecting our home. There was a small incident, but it was handled quickly and better than before. Great job all around and we would definitely recommend them.

Im only giving 3 star bc ive never used this business but they need to teach their employees some common courtesy and park in a parking spot.. guy hets out then walks inside with his cup. In the 3rd picture u will see the pickup and trailer in tow however that guy was parked next to me he had to maneuver his trailer and truck around ur tech
