My furnace quit Sunday in the middle of this arctic blast & when no one could or would brave the ice & 6 inches of snow to come fix it Moore’s AC & Heating did! Jerald Moore got involved personally & even made the journey to get the part & bring it back across town where he handed it off to the great tech Derrick who did a great job & had me up & running in no time. I could not be more pleased or grateful & would recommend Moore’s AC & Heating to everyone!

I am so thankful to have found Moore's A/C Heating because they are more than a business. They are like family. The technician that services our house is courteous and knowledgeable. He always arrives in a very timely manner any time we've had an appointment. Today we had an emergency and he was out within an hour or so. He calls when he is on the way, so there is no unnecessary waiting around. He is patient with our questions and we always have a lot. He also explained that he wanted to answer our questions because if he leaves and we have unanswered questions he hasn't done his job fully. Truly outstanding service.
