These guys just replaced our cast iron drain pipe that was underneath a concrete slab in the basement. Talked to Chism about our situation and he came out to take a look at the basement to see if there was a way to come up with another more cost effective solution that didn’t require ripping out concrete. Turns out that we needed to. We decided to do the concrete work ourselves and have them come in to do the pipe replacement. So we got the plan together and set a date. Tyler came by and swapped the pipe out in no time. He told me how he was going to do it and got it done! In and out. Both guys

We had a hot water heater leaking and Casey came out and fixed the problem that afternoon. We thought we needed a new hot water heater but he came out and found the problem and saved us lots of money. He did fantastic work and was very professional. He did not try and upsell us for something we didn’t need. Would highly recommend using IPS. They are awesome!
