Really thought I was dealing with honest people over here but when they came to do my yearly furnace maintenance, I was told I should look to replace some sensors. They said these sensors were about $240 a piece. A quick search shows them to range from about $5-$10. Save yourself the trouble and don’t do business with these dishonest people.

The admin staffs and the techs are professional in working with their customers in the past 6 years I utilized them for my A/C and furnace annual maintenance. Their techs, particularly Jon Blake who performed the job today, is very proficient and answered all questions with details. He even refuted a furnace motor cleaning job that was recommended by the tech that came last year, deeming it unnecessary. This certainly raises questions if all their techs are of the same caliber. Hope Comfort Service management address that appropriately. Overall, I would recommend their services to others who is

I started using Comfort this spring. They are very knowledgeable and professional. Today my AC went out and they had someone to my home in an hour. Marcello quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired my unit quickly all while making me laugh. Highly recommended, (Before calling Comfort Services I had another local company come out a day prior, advising I had a leak and there was nothing they could do but have someone else come out to price new units - the cost estimates were unreal)
Comfort Services came out same day to inspect my AC unit, and made it operational while my replacement was ordered. Staff was polite and professional, they provided a detailed report of the inspection and installation. I felt they offered the best solution for my home and bundled an AC and Furnace package at an honest price.

Very disappointed with this company. Service tech was very professional, however since the part was covered under warranty from Carrier and he heard me speak to them on the phone stating all the company had to do was file the warranty through their distributor and then pick up the replacement blower and I should only have to pay for labor. The tech had to go outside to speak with his office manager who then tried to make a deal with me saying they would only charge me $425 for the blower plus labor because they need to do some paperwork, when Carrier specifically stated I should only pay for labor

I had Comfort Services come out to service my 19 year old furnace. The technician Kevin arrived on time, was polite and cleaned and checked the furnace. As other online reviewers commented, I was told the capacitor had degraded (7uF vs. 10uF), and they could replace it for $250 (I found the part on ebay for $20; almost trivial to install). While I think the price was absurdly high, I know they can go bad.
At some point I lost the cap to my furnace chimney, and rain corroded the furnace and hot water heater flue pipes in the basement. The technician kindly put duct tape across a 2 foot long

Exceptional customer service on short notice after another company was a no show. Alex arrived earlier than anticipated, after I received a text with his picture and an estimated arrival time. Promptly found the issue with our air conditioner and repaired it. He was polite and respectful as well as knowledgeable and efficient. Answered all our questions. He made sure everything was running properly before he left. Cost was very reasonable too. I highly recommend this company.

These guys are amazing!!!! My AC broke down and I called and they said they would come in the afternoon. When I told them I had a baby, they moved things around and managed to get me someone in 4 minutes. I cannot say thank you enough. The service guy was knowledgeable and quick in fixing the problem, suggested some things but was never pushy, which can intimidate some people at times. They only thing I wished they were is a bit cheaper.

This company has very poor customer service and did not diagnose my unit properly. I had multiple people take a look at the unit and this guy was the only one who said the gas valve was out and it was over $700 to repair. Or I needed to spend thousands to get a new unit.
Not only did he inflate the price from other quotes I received he was unprofessional and kept pushing us to buy a completely new unit. He also said that a home warranty would not cover furnaces, which is FALSE!
Come to find out it was the thermal coupler that is cheap and easy to fix YOURSELF!

I called comfort services for the first time when I first bought my house and had issues with the furnace. Dan came out and fixed everything. I also joined their comfort club to add the stuff to the a/c that makes it work (coolant? Freon? I have no idea). With the club I got a discount on that cooling stuff ... and a furnace check up in the fall. They even called me in the fall to remind me for my tune up. Simo or Dan are always helping me out!
Now that I needed a new air conditioner, I called them first. Dan came out and put in my new a/c-- which works beautifully.

My first experience with them was due to an emergency. My furnace was not providing heat. They assessed and fixed the problem quickly. Fortunately I did not need to replace my furnace at that time. I was impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. I have since purchased a hot water heater and thermostat. I have also become a member of their Comfort Club, to save money on my annual maintenances.
