Professional, thorough and courteous! My service technician (Anthony) called well before his ETA, arrived in a timely fashion, got straight to work (even put on booties when asked) and did a wonderful job cleaning both furniture and area rug. He also was very informative regarding aftercare - a great experience all around!

My appointment window was between 10am-12pm. The technician arrived at 1:50pm. However, I was informed throughout the day of the expected delay. Patience is always important. I received a different quote via telephone from the quote I paid for. Again, after a thorough explanation, I understood that the package quote I initially received was for a basic cleaning. Overall, I am highly satisfied with the service. Definitely worth the investment. Thank you for your service!
