My wife and I were very impressed with the professionalism of this company and their technician. The technician was very mindful of COVID-19 distancing and other precautions and very courteous which made my wife comfortable. Furthermore, he was able to identify the problem with our AC and Heating quickly and had the system up and running in short order. I will highly recommend to all my friends and family and if we have any issues in the future they will have our business.

We had our water heater replaced this evening. Three trucks pulled up in front of our house and four representatives entered our house. The service representatives were not wearing face masks or gloves When my husband inquired about that they said they did not have any. Unfortunately, we did allow them to complete the job. We have always been pleased with there work. What I am disappointed in is myself for not asking them to leave until they had face masks and gloves. I should have asked for fewer workers to enter our home. We have a 91 year old, 71 year old and 67 year old living in this house

I called to make an appointment to get my air conditioner serviced and the soonest appointment they had was more than 2 weeks out. Come the day of the appointment I called just to double check that we were still good to go. Come to find out they either told me the wrong day or entered the wrong day into their system. The appointment was supposed to be for a Thursday, they had me on a Friday. Fridays are the only day of the week that my wife and I are both out of the house working all day. I never would have made an appointment for a Friday.

I cannot say enough to compliment this company. I can tell they are family owned and care about reputations. Until Southglenn I had been through a few HVAC companies that were so dishonest. Shawn was very professional and solved the problems the other two created, from a horrible install and bending pipes, etc... I will use this company from now on.

I would like to thank Southglenn Heating and Air Conditioning for their quick response to my home when I was experiencing furnace problems and another vendor could not seem to locate the problem - leaving me with a furnace not working during a very cold spell. Jim came, checked the furnace, found the problem and eventually had to turn the furnace off due to a higher than normal Co2 level. They came back quickly and replaced the furnace for me thereby saving me from more cold days at home. Chad and Shawn worked long and hard to put in the new furnace, bring my home up to code with new air duct

I have been using this company for around 25 years. The company and the people that work there truly define the word "professional". They have done everything form yearly service of heaters to installing heating
in a detached building to installing a very LARGE ceramic kiln and everything is still in good working order. these folks know what they are doing and do it with a smile.

We purchased a brand new A/C unit and water heater from Southglenn Heating & Air Conditioning and could not be happier. They installed both in less than a day, price was hundreds less than quoted by Sears and another large competitor, and both installers were polite and professional. We have been using Southglenn Heating for years, and am glad we chose them again for this large project.

The other review on this site must be one of their relatives. I would stay far away from this company. They are dishonest, don't keep with their estimates and don't have a lot of knowledge on some of the simple things in the HVAC industry. Go with a more reputable company and save yourself some headaches.

Super great customer service here...quality service, fair pricing, great response time. These guys did an amazing job for me this summer with a problem a.c. unit. No hard sales, just knowledgeable, nice, helpful, friendly people at your service. They came highly recommended to me and i'm highly recommending them to anyone out there who is hesitant to put your faith and trust in a company.
