Clayton, Gayle's son, has worked in the family business as Project Manager since 2004. He has supervised hundreds of projects in Lafayette's River Ranch, Baton Rouge's Rouzan & The Settlement at Willow Grove, and Youngsville's Sugar Mill Pond. Philip joined LaFosse Construction in 2007 as Business Manager and handles internal business operations.
Meghan Dunne from The Waguespack Group at Keller Williams Red Stick Partners joined the LaFosse team in 2018. She is passionate about luxury new construction, has a firm belief in impeccable customer service, and making a vision of the perfect home become reality.

As an architect, working on predominately large cultural architectural commissions along the Gulf Coast, it was obviously a difficult task, selecting a residential contractor, for my own personal residence.
