Seems its hard,to get items fixed on the punch list. sarah trahan wants to give you the people to contact instead of them doing it. been 5 months trying to get things fixed and she sends a email to a contractor stating she wants to get me out of her hair and saying,im rude because i did the,unthinkable of waiting 2 weeks to follow up on a broken,window thats still broken for 5 months. would not recommend as a builder
