This guy was at my son in laws house for 12 hrs got there at 5 pm left at 10 pm when it was -20 and said he had to go have dinner with his girlfriend? Left 3 times for parts then back at 12:30 am with the part then saying the furnace was shot and said he would bring back a portable furnace until the new would get in. He left at 2 am and returned at 5:15 am with this portable furnace. In order to leave it there my son in law would have to put down half the cost of a new furnace then and there and my son in law told him to pack up and leave. Cost them $600 for a all night of nothing . At 6 am I called

This guy is not even certified. He couldn’t figure out what the problem was, so I had to call somebody else who found what the problem was. He also left my water heater on hot. When I turned the hot water on that night it was boiling hot. What was he doing messing with my water heater? Avoid this guy!

Hansen Heating and Cooling went above and beyond helping my sick mother when her air conditioning unit went out. Jason showed up at my mom's house at 10:30pm and didn't leave until it was fixed. A thousand thank-yous for that . This wasn't my first experience with this company, nor will it be my last. They were just as wonderful the last time that they worked on something at my mother's house. If I could, I would give Hanson Heating and Cooling 100 Stars.

This is an excellent company and I highly recommend it to everyone in the Springfield area. I have used this company for almost two years and each time that I have called the owner has responded quickly and professionally. Recently my furnace caught fire and became irreparable. J., the owner quickly took a look at it, diagnosed the issue, and I had a new furnace within 72 hours. I have used other companies in Springfield and none of them compare to J. Hansen!

These guys are awesome! When our air conditioner broke down, we were lost on who to trust. Jason and Greg came out and gave an honest and fair quote. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. They aren't just your average guys working their shift, they are understanding, caring, and truly have your best interest in mind. Jason is the owner and we are very pleased with the whole process. Believe me, it's a nightmare when things go wrong, but if you are looking for genuine people with great work ethics and cheapest in town give these guys a try!
