Second owner of a Moody built Home. Not Impresssd. The insulation installation is WAY below standard (electric outlets in the middle of the building are drafty!). Finish work - particular the hardwood floors are the work of a first time DIYer. Bottom line is they used a good architect to design a pretty home bit would not say Moody are true craftsmen.
