The service man Bill at Drain Master was very polite and explained how the tree roots had worked their way into the main sewer pipe, causing the backup and odor in our basement. He removed the roots and did a wonderful job cleaning up after the work was done. Drain Master arrived at our home promptly for the scheduled appointment to fix the leaking toilet in the master bathroom and treated our home with the greatest care.

These guys must be the fastest professionals in the business. I spoke with them about our clog at 3:50pm. There was a technician here at 4:15 and it was fixed by 4:30. I mean, how is that even possible? Less than hour from the call to the fix. Amazing. They’re also really good at what they do and very nice.

Called and within 30 minutes someone was here to find a leak in my basement ceiling pipe. Found where it was coming from, went to go get a new hose, and was back quickly to install. Would definitely use this company again. Great, fast, friendly service!

We had no hot water today and so I started calling various plumbing places. All were at least 2 days and some a week out in scheduling. I was given Drain Master's number from a coworker, and so glad he did! On my initial call, he asked to send pictures of my hot water heater to know what he was dealing with. From just pictures, he knew what he was dealing with! Little did I know that our hot water heater was around 20 years old (true, I looked up the serial number code), and most likely needed to be replaced. Technician Andrew called me within 30 minutes of the text and was here in 10 minutes.

Andrew came out on time and was professional and very respectful of keeping our house as clean as possible while trying to unclog our backed up sewer problem. He was very kind and worked hard the whole time he was here. He was not going to give up until the problem was completely resolved. I felt I was in good hands and he was skilled and knowledgeable. Scott is the bomb.. He came in professionally and almost fell in the puddle of water in my basement but he was okay...He worked until the main waste line was unclogged with 116 ft of snaking the line until he realized that the city of toledo main line was the problem. I would recommend this company and will prefer Scott.. Thank you Scott !!

Bill and Noah were amazing! I woke up with a dripping water heater. After a no-show from another place, I called Drain Master and he was out in an hour and within two more hours I had hot water for the weekend! The service was amazing, and the price can't be beat. I've found my new plumber!!
