Who ever is reading this and you need plumbing service you dont need to call anyone else. This company and their staff are the most caring and professional I have ever used. They worked with my schedule, put up with my very protective dog and remembered his name. Dan kept me calm which wasn't easy since it was a very extensive and expensive job.
I also want to mention Jose, Victor and Eddie. All 4 of them were my guardian angels throughout the entire ordeal and I thank them from the botrom of my heart for all they did. Sam and Rooter Right's employees were very conscientious about keeping things clean in our home while installing new cleanouts for our clogged sump lines.

We called, they came out the next day, looked at our hot water heater. We set up an appointment for them to come back and install it. Less then 2 days after they came out and installed the new tank. Even unclogged our drains. All in a week. Very fast and efficient. Would highly recommend.

I would not recommend this business to anyone and would give it zero stars if I could. They charged us nearly $500 to fix a gas leak but the work failed inspection from the gas company. The owner agreed to refund us a good portion of the bill but he never sent us our refund check. My husband called several times to get to the bottom of it and the owner always had an excuse until he finally stopped taking our calls altogether. We filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and are currently awaiting a resolution. Don’t become a victim like we did!

What a joke of a business!! I would rate 0 stars, if I could! Talked to them on a Saturday and said he would be out Tuesday to service our hot water heater (that was not working). Never heard from them on Tuesday. Didn’t even have the decency to answer the phone when I called 3 different times on Tuesday. Not sure how you are still in business, but you certainly shouldn’t be with running a “business” like that.

Would give 0 stars if possible. They charged me $460 to fix gas leaks but they did not fix them fully and the “repair” failed the check by the gas company. After repeated attempts for them to come back and complete the work properly I just called another company. The owner said he’d refund my money but it’s been over 6 weeks and multiple texts and calls with no refund in my hand. The last time I called the owner to ask about the refund a shouting match ensued. I told him I’d get my lawyer involved if necessary and he said he knew that was a joke and would go nowhere. I would highly advise

Never have I ever experienced such horrible unprofessional customer service! We had Rooter Right out to install a gas line to our brand new pool heater in which they cracked and broke ultimately causing a gas… leak and making the heater unusable! We gave the owner Sam 5 days to come out to look at the heater and/or ultimately find a solution in which he refused to do so! He backed his worker ( who was caught in multiple lies with proof ) and refused to listen to us as a customer ! Sam argued with my husband and myself on two separate occasions , cussing, screaming and demanding we pay him

Rooter Right came out to fix our upstairs toilet and within a day it still didn’t work. We had them come out a second time and they didn’t show after we waited home for them the entire day. When my husband called, they claimed they had shown up but no one answered the door. They finally came back and charged us the full price AGAIN for the job they… didn’t do correctly the first time. They left shims under the toilet and completely scratched and dented the wall and doorframe. When we called to complain, the owner said “well that happens sometimes”. The toilet

I had called two other rooter companies before I got in touch with Cody and Tony from Rooter Right. They were professional and extremely courteous and knowledgeable. The other "plumber" I hired from a different company told me he could not do the job until Monday so I fired him and hired Tony and Cody who were absolutely amazing and fixed my clogged drain which required a new pipe to be installed. This is by far the best service and I am so glad that I called. TONY AND CODY ROCKED!

I don't normally post reviews but i need to make people aware of this company. I was very dissatisfied with their work and their professionalism.I had Rooter Right come out to clean my perimeter tile that goes around the the perimeter of my basement.
1st day Monday: They put a snake in the right side of the crock told me the right side is clean no… issues. Put the snake in the left side Miles said it will not go any further then 5ft because its packed with sand( no camera) have to come back tomorrow to jet it. ($175)

Hope you don’t require the aid of a nurse anytime soon. I’m sure a nurse would never refuse you services because of your line of work. Like let’s say you service the home of someone who has c-diff and then you catch it and need the services of a nurse, they wouldn’t deny you treatment because of your line of work. #Istandwithnurses

As a nurse and an educator, I understand the concept of putting others before myself. This company rightly states they need to consider the well-being of their customers like NURSING HOMES, and cannot service the home of someone stating they are a nurse who has been exposed multiple times. Nurses can't even get appropriate PPE, do you think plumbers have it?!? So disappointed to see the social media warriors out there spewing garbage they don't understand to get attention.

I called with an emergency and I'm not sure who I spoke with but he was AWESOME. My water heater bit the dust and was leaking all over. He gave me quotes on all the different ways the job could be done. SAM brought me a water heater, installed it, and took the old one away. Very nice and personable. There is nothing worse than some cranky person coming to your rescue so I'm glad I called these guys!!! The kitchen sink broke shortly after he left (unrelated issue this place is just falling apart) so I'll be calling again...
