Hello, I am Michael Helfer the owner and operator of MPH Contracting which I established back in 2005. Taking pride in superior quality is something I strive for and a mark of a great company. My teams of professionals at MPH Contracting are incredibly, skilled, thorough, neat and dependable and also share the same tenacity that is instilled in me from a very young age by my father who was an entrepreneur.
Renovating your house can be a big job. It's not something that most homeowners have the time or the know-how to tackle themselves. MPH Contracting, LLC, came highly recommended to us for our extensive residential project. We were able to clearly communicate and collaborate together with Mike. He is an expert, hands-on craftsman, who made sure that all aspects of the construction, from the architectural plan, to the site work, to the build and finish trim, got done right. Mike, Shane & the team of subcontractors delivered a high quality home addition and renovation. No part of the job was too big and no detail was too small. Mike is extremely responsive and reliable. Always comes on time. Sticks to the budget. Mike is upfront about time lines. We were renovating our kitchen and bathrooms. A month in, we added bedroom floors. He finished it all in 2 months. He addresses all issues the first time around. We hope to bring him back for the basement

Mike did a great job with the remodel of my dental office. He did everything he said he would, and MORE. When it came to changing a design he had great ideas which really took the job to the next level of a great final appearance. I will definitely use him for any other projects I have.

Reno slow to start due to town and state regulations. Once permits were finally approved my attic was transformed into a beautiful master bedroom, closet, and the most gorgeous master bath I have ever seen. Mike listened to our vision and crafted more than we had ever imagined. It is like a sanctuary. His attention to detail is very appreciated. Mike was always available, just a text away and quickly responsive. He went above and beyond when a separate issue developed on my roof. Mike took care of my home as if it was his own. Neat, and tidy cleaning up daily. I would use MPH again in a heartbeat

We were very happy working with Michael of MPH Contracting at our home in Hyde Park. Michael is very professional and is never overwhelmed by a project. We had an endless list of renovations and projects at our home and he completed everything within our timeline. He is a pleasure to work with and has a keen eye for details.
