We specialize in residential and commercial custom renovations, additions and restoration work. We handle all demolition and carpentry work and contracts with reliable, insured and licensed (when applicable) subcontractors to perform various trades as specific projects require. Pat Kelly, owner and operator of the company, has a full crew of carpenters and laborers (most of whom have more than 20 years experience in the field).
Pat's family is involved in the day to day operation of the business. Pat's wife, Mary, manages the office while his son, Brendan works in the field. Although his daughters, Maureen and Colleen do not work for the company, they each have made contributions. We have performed commercial renovation/addition work for several organizations in the Hudson Valley.
In many cases, we have done numerous projects for these organizations. The projects have ranged in size from small projects ($10,000 and under) to large projects up to approximately $600,000. All projects awarded to the company have been successfully completed.

If you have an idea for an addition/renovation project, we can help you get started. We can make recommendations for an architect or engineer to meet with you to discuss your ideas and together come up with the right plans for your project. Once the plans are complete, we can provide you with a proposed price for your total project which will include subcontractor services such as electric, plumbing, painting and more.
Pat Kelly, owner and operator of Pat Kelly Construction Co., Inc. was raised in Oyster Bay, New York, along with his eight sisters and one brother. After graduating from St. Dominick's High School, Pat went to Niagara University where he graduated in 1971. After teaching for a couple years, Pat found his true calling while working for Al Weigel, who owned and operated a small general contracting company.
In order to give you an idea of projects handled by Pat Kelly and his crew, we have listed below some of the projects completed or presently being worked on. Our specialty is taking an existing structure and updating and/or expanding it to make it more suitable for our customers' needs. We have developed a good working relationship with various architects and engineers in this area.
