Bishop's Gate Subdivision was transformed from 118 acres of woods and farmland into a modern and upscale housing subdivision in Ulster County. Ray personally cut and cleared for roads, laid water and sewer mains, installed storm drains, and trenching for utility companies all in preparation to make roads to town specifications.
