I came across Koerner construction from an advertisement which stated although they build things they want to build relationships. Well this is exactly what they have begun to do with me. I had window trim around most of the windows of my house that needed either replacement or painting- not a huge job for construction firm. Yet they treated me like it mattered and with respect. Dale met me early in the morning before work for a look and estimate. He met me at a convenient time and kept his appointment promptly. He even befriended my barking dog! He put me on his schedule and they - 2-3 men- came
