We had our roof replaced by Dana Mickelson of Total Exteriors 10 years ago. At the beginning of September 2021 we noticed a water stain from a roof leak on our kitchen ceiling. Dana was called on Labor Day. He said he would come by later that afternoon as he would be in the neighborhood. He did not come by nor did he call. After multiple attempts to reach him by phone with voice mails as well as by multiple emails he has totally ignored us. We wanted his expert opinion since he installed the roof 10 years ago. If you are thinking of having Dana install your new roof think hard. If there’s a problem

I could not be happier with the job they have done. Would TOTALly recommend, as i already have some close friends looking to get work done in their homes

Will call again easy to work with. I called an asked if they would replaced my bathroom vanity and vanity top because it had leaked for years and the vanity was falling apart.
Not only did they come out within a few hours and had the job complete the same evening. They removed all of the water damaged building materials and replaced everything. Looks great and can't beat the price.

Total Exteriors replaced the roof on our home. After interviews with 7 contractors, we choose them based on the interview, cost/value and previous work done in our neighborhood. Turned out to be a stellar choice. Everything went right. The job was completed on time and beautifully. Job site left clean. Very easy to work with, responsive and thoughtful. Great crew. I was referred to Total Exteriors by a friend as id recently had my basement refinished. I noticed a few weeks later my brand new basement had water seeping in from somewhere ruining my new floors and all that had been done. Quickly and promptly the owner of Total Exteriors got back to me and came to address the problem before much more damaged was caused. His workers were very neat and professional while doing some basement waterproofing for me..no more water or leaks and they left the job better than before they came!.very impressed with their professionalism and would recommend to all with water
