It has been a great pleasure working with Joe, his son Chris, and another team member. They replaced a leaking skylight that was extremely high up, on the steep, pointed roof of our contemporary house -- an intricate and highly challenging job, inside and out! and they approached it with energy and care. Joe was very dependable and responsive even for the small repair job on our roof for which we called. The other roofers we called didn't even return our calls, but Joe actually picked up the phone, gave an estimated date and arrived when he said he would. Very pleasant and reasonable to work with.

I interviewed 5 contractors before selecting Amity Home Maintenance Solutions. Our house is a typical cedar clapboard colonial. Unfortunately, I let it go too far between paint jobs and we had a fair amount of carpentry work that needed to be done. I was torn between replacing bad trim and clapboards or getting the house vinyl sided. Joe was the only one of the contractors I spoke to who provided thoughtful advice about the available options. Ultimately, we had Amity repair and replace a fair amount of trim and siding, prep and paint, replace windows, and install new gutters. I can’t say enough

Joe and his team at Amity were great from the start of the quoting process all the way to the last touch up of paint. Joe was very responsive from our initial request for quote and came to our house to review the home and discuss options in person. The quoting process was professional, precise, and presently digitally at the end for review. The communication through email was always prompt and the job application documented every detail of the proposal that was discussed.
