After putting our unit in for us in Maggie Valley they will not come anymore. We've had it 3 years and needed them to come fix it. Told us too far too drive! Sure didn't mind selling to us. We are under warranty! Very dissatisfied!
This is March 2020 our unit again is broke again. Still in 3rd year. I would advise never to use this company!

Called for a repair on my unit that is less than a year old. They refused to service it even though it is under warranty! Pathetic customer service on the phone. Avoid at all costs!
