We are quite pleased with our home and the look that comes with a well done exterior paint job. Imperial helps the customer by providing clear communication throughout the process, providing an accurate estimate of time per job, attention to detail, and a rapid turn around from estimate to completion.

It was quite apparent that they were invested in getting us the paint job we would love vs just getting it done and moving on to the next job. Very refreshing!

I love Imperial Painters. What an awesome group of cool, talented people. I worked with Alyssa, Wilbur, Manny, and Christian, and everyone was so cold at their jobs. They advised be on color placements because I was so unsure of myself, and the results on my 1899 home are just beautiful. It was not an easy job--the house is super tall, I used 5 colors, and there's a busy street on one side. Nevertheless, they were equal to the task. I will absolutely hire them again for the garage job after I have the siding repaired.

Alyssa, Wilbur, & Christian & their team painted the interior of our rental home in a professional & trusted manner. You don’t find companies you can trust to give the alarm security codes to enter your property at will. Living in another city & having a husband on hospice, Alyssa’s staff handled every aspect of repairing wall repairs, prep, & paint. They started & completed the work quickly, keeping me informed every step of the way. I cannot express how grateful I am to them. I most heartily recommend Imperial Painters. I hired Imperial to stain a cedar fence, porch railing and front of the house coverings that I had installed this year. From start to finish, my expectations were met. Not only was the contractor on time, he completed the job as a true professional. I also received several check-ins from Christian informing me of the schedule. He then contacted me the day before to confirm arrival which was on time. When the job was complete, he called to inquire about my satisfaction. This company does it right. When hiring anyone to perform work, there's a trust factor for sure. I have been let down many times

We asked Imperial to do extensive exterior and interior painting, some of which was on very tired, damaged surfaces. Christian Coulter was our project manager. The crew arrived on time and ready to work each day. They worked around an air conditioning installation crew and bathroom vanity installer. The crew was careful, respectful and kind. They were upbeat and a pleasure to be around and the quality of their work is outstanding. We have a few other rooms we’re contemplating painting and this group will be my first call. We had a great experience with Imperial Painters! We hired them to paint some interior areas including some very high walls and our staircase area. They did an excellent job. We needed to paint our entire home per HOA request. We went with Imperial Painters because the woman who came and gave us a quote talked all about their specialty in attention to detail and promised it would be done in 2 days. 8 days of working 8am - 5 pm later and the house was a disaster. Sloppy work, tons of missed spots, overspray all over our roof and driveway, paint spilled all over our lawn and back deck, the front and back doors looked like they were painted by a toddler, they painted our metal storm door so now it chips off if you bump it, our garden was completely ruined, and they ran

It was quite apparent that they were invested in getting us the paint job we would love vs just getting it done and moving on to the next job. Very refressing!
They were on time with job completion. They did everything they said they would do and didn't call the job done until I was happy with all of it.
I got several bids before picking them. They were not the cheapest but they were very competitive. I felt like they were going to offer
