In the fall of 1992, Mary Ann Garcia Myers and Jean Grubbs were planning a fishing trip for Mary Ann's husband, Kim, in the White Mountains of Arizona as a birthday present. While nobody remembers exactly how the subject came up, they all agree that Mary Ann and Jean bet their husbands they could start and run a successful roofing business in Arizona.

Giving the current circumstance (COVID-19) they came out and finished a complete strip down and re-roof in 3 days. They called every day with an update and every day my yard was clean. Yes, my dogs went crazy inside, but they were accommodating to them also. I got 3 estimates and I got 2 from them. both were below the (shady competition) If I move and need a new roof... I will without a doubt call them again. Too bad there is only 5 stars.. I would give them a 10

Roofing Specialists are simply the best. Easy to work with, no job is too small and fast, great service. We own several homes and have had use their services many times over the years and the service is always excellent. Kim is incredible to work with. Unlike other companies who had turned me away for small jobs, Kim listened to me and took the time to make sure our property was take care of. I have never used another roofing company since finding Roofing Specialists. Thank you for your superior service!

HORRIBLE SERVICE! The owner Kim called my husband phone and left a vm saying he was going to beat on our door for payment! Mind you we gave them a claim number that our insurance gave us for them to get paid. I called him back and let him have it! dont use this horrible company! They sent some tweaker out to do a patch job WHICH WAS NEVER FINISHED! It still leaks, and the guy said he would come back and never did! We gave them the danm claim number and now hes trying to get double paid by us! well it's not happening! Best believe we are calling the cops on the owner for his threats! HORRIBLE!

Kim Meyer of Roofing Specialists put on new roof for me a few years back that has stood the test of time. Not one shingle has blown off! I also had awnings installed by another company before I knew about Roofing Specialists. The back awning blew off 3 times and the front awning once. Kim came out and installed brand new heavy duty quality awnings instead of the cheap junk the other company put on. I have high winds where I live between a mountain range. Kim's awnings have stayed put with no problems even in high winds. Kim Meyers is a man of his word.

Don't waste your time. Apparently they are not interested in even considering doing Anything unless they are certain they will be making Bank. They refused to do a repair bid unless I could First provide an inspection report from someone else or at least provide in depth details about what's wrong with the roof. I'm a homeowner, NOT a roofer. GEEZ!

We are sorry that you feel this way about our company. Our company completed two repairs per Mr. McClellan's phone calls. We completed the first repair on February 15, 2019, which was a temporary emergency repair because of the rain. Mr. McClellan and the adjuster were both informed this was a temporary repair. Our company completed the second repair on March 29, 2019 (which was paid for)
I have personally spoken to Mr. McClellan several times within the last 3 months regarding the invoice for the temporary emergency repair that has not been paid. He did give me a claim number

I am extremely satisfied with the experience we went through with this company from start to finish. Everyone from the owners to the roofers themselves , were a pleasure to deal with. Courteous and professional on every level. I’m especially impressed with the job the roofers did with keeping my property spotless during the tear off and installation of the new roof. It couldn’t have been better. If your looking for a great roofing company , DO NOT pass on this company.

I had the pleasure of hiring Roofing Specialists in 2014, after our home sustained horrible roof damage after a microburst hit it. We were not able to live in our home for more than 3 months while construction was going on to repair all the damage. We had to deal with a number of different companies for different repairs and I can say without a doubt this company was the best. Our claim for the total damages was paid to our mortgage company but we had to file for payments to each different contractor with our mortgage co to release payment. They were great with all the process we had to go through
