Brett serviced our tankless water heater and installed a water softener for us in our new home. He was punctual and did a very professional job with the installation and servicing. He delivered exactly what he said he would for a reasonable price without trying to sell us anything else we didn’t need or were interested in, like an RO unit. When he was done with the job he completely cleaned up the area. Brett is a very personable and pleasant gentleman to have around. We highly recommend Apex Plumbing, he is now on our call list for any future plumbing needs.

Ryan has been my go-to plumber for a long time. I’ve called him out to the grandparents’ place to do a simple drain unclog and my place for an entire sewer replacement - with a few big jobs in between (kitchen sink installation, toilet replacement). Having it done right is my #1 priority, so I just don’t bother rolling the dice with other guys.

Brett answered my call and came out for an estimate the next day, He immediately gave me an affordable estimate and we scheduled for a few days later. I was impressed by his professionalism, his knowledge, his kindness and courtesy so I gave him a check for the full amount on the spot- something I wouldn't normally do (and actually never have.). On the day he was scheduled to come, my husband's and my schedules changed and neither of us could be home. We trusted Brett enough to leave him a key with expectations he would live up to the impression
